Three Class Paths, One Supportive Community

We offer three unique types of classes designed to inspire creativity, build independence, support personal growth, and nurture individual talents. Whether you’re interested in individual Social Recreation classes, our Dream Team day program, or Private Lessons, each service is crafted to meet participants where they are and help them thrive in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Social Recreation

Interested in our social recreation classes? See our Current Schedule. Fill out our Dream Interest Form and we will get back to you shortly. All social recreation classes are vendored by the regional center. We offer a 3 students-to-1 staff member support ratio.  If you need more support for behaviors or self-care, we ask that you bring a 1:1 support person to participate in class. Please see our Participant Handbook, which outlines our policies, terms, and conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

Morning Self-Regulation

This course offers practical self-regulation strategies to help individuals navigate social settings with greater ease and confidence. Through a blend of meditation, breathing exercises, journaling, mindful movement, and nervous system education, participants will build tools for emotional balance and self-awareness. The class also features guest speakers who bring diverse perspectives on wellness, creating a dynamic and supportive environment for personal growth and connection.

Self-Advocacy & Socializing

Develop self-advocacy and social skills through creative, real-world tools like social media, blogs, and podcasts. Participants will learn how to express themselves clearly, share their stories, and connect meaningfully with others in both digital and in-person settings through guided activities and collaborative projects.

Participant-Directed Projects & Outings

This class empowers students to take the lead in planning educational projects, recreational activities, and community outings that reflect their personal needs and interests. Through guided support, participants develop decision-making, collaboration, and self-advocacy skills while engaging in meaningful, real-world experiences within their community.

Healthy & Inclusive Skills

Participants explore wellness, communication, and community involvement in a welcoming, respectful environment. Through hands-on activities and discussion, students practice skills that encourage independence and social connection. The goal is to support each person in living a healthy, engaged, and fulfilling adult life.

Private Lessons

Private lessons in music, art, and yoga may be offered upon request. All private lessons are currently offered at $80 per session. Private lessons can be funded with Self-determination Program (SDP) funds or private pay.
