Registration

Whether you’re interested in our Dream Team Day Program or our Social Recreation classes, we encourage you to complete our Dream Interest Form. A Dream administrator will contact you within 48 hours to guide you through the next steps for registration. If you haven’t visited our center before, we will invite you to schedule a tour.

If you are a regional center client, we will gladly share any necessary information with your service coordinator to support your request. Once your service coordinator provides authorization, you may begin participating right away. We look forward to serving you!
